Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

Notify us of your wish to return the items by contacting us.

If our customer satisfaction team determines that your request is eligible, you will be provided with specific instructions depending on the country.

Please label the parcel as 'Return'

Please note that

The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging. No refunds will be issued for an item returned in a used/damaged condition.
The return of the goods is at your own cost, for your own protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and send the Product(s) by registered mail only.
For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. 4tyseven jewelry will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Contact us before posting any items back to 4tyseven Jewelry.
You must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
Once the returned parcel reaches us, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order (excluding shipping cost), or as 4tyseven Jewelry store credit.
Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear on your debit/credit card account.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item up to or of the same value, please contact us stating your order number and details of the new item you would like to exchange it for. The fulfilment of your request will be subject to our stock availability.

Once your exchange has been confirmed by our customer service team, you must return the item(s) to the following address within 7 days.

All return conditions apply to exchanges as well.

We will send you an email notification when we receive the item(s), and the tracking reference for the replacement. We will charge any outstanding amount for the new item.
